Full Packing Service
WOW!If you’d rather not spend a week wrapping dishes, Accessible Moving will pack the whole house for you. Our W-2 crew brings the materials and does the work, the same insured team that handles your move, so packing and transport stay under one roof. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Ohio, and the boxes we pack are the boxes we carry.
Find out why Stark County folks go with Massillon, OH movers when it’s time for a flat-rate move.
Full packing covers every room: kitchen, china, glassware, books, clothing, electronics, art, and the odd-shaped items that never fit a standard carton. We label each box by room and contents so the unload is fast and nothing goes missing.
The materials we bring and how we protect fragiles
This is the part that earns its keep. We arrive with new double-wall dish-pack cartons, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble, foam corners, and tape, so you are not scavenging boxes from behind a grocery store. Dishes are wrapped individually and stood on edge in cell dividers; glassware gets paper then bubble; mirrors and framed art go in telescoping picture boxes. Electronics are padded and boxed snug.
Ohio adds a wrinkle most packers ignore: cold and damp. In winter we double-wrap anything that hates temperature swings, candles, vinyl records, certain electronics, and we keep cartons off a cold garage slab and away from a damp basement wall so condensation doesn’t reach your paper goods. If the move spans a frosty day, fragiles ride padded and centered in the load rather than against a cold truck wall.
Packing is priced by the size of the home and how much you have, layered on top of your move. As a feel, a one-bedroom move starts from $329 and a three-bedroom near $799 before packing labor and materials, which we quote after a walkthrough. A $89 deposit holds the date.
What we don’t pack
We don’t pack hazardous materials, open food, liquids that can leak, ammunition, or anything flammable; those you handle or dispose of. We won’t pack items you want to keep with you, like passports, medications, and jewelry. Unpacking at the new home is a separate add-on if you want it.

Q: Do I need to buy any boxes or supplies myself?
A: No. We bring everything: cartons in the right sizes, dish-pack boxes, wardrobe boxes, paper, bubble, and tape. That is the point of a full pack. You don't have to hunt for free boxes or guess how many you need, and the materials are built for moving rather than reused grocery cartons that crush under weight.
Q: How do you keep fragile things safe in Ohio winters?
A: Beyond normal wrapping, we account for cold and condensation. Temperature-sensitive items get double-wrapped, cartons stay off cold garage floors and away from damp basement walls, and on freezing move days fragiles ride centered in the load, not against the truck wall. It's a small thing that prevents cracked vinyl, sweating electronics, and damp boxes.
Q: Can you just pack the kitchen and leave the rest to me?
A: Yes, partial packing is fine. The kitchen is the room most people are happy to hand off because of all the glass and china. Tell us which rooms you want done and we'll quote just those, bring the right materials, and pack them while you handle the easy stuff like clothes and linens yourself.
