Alliance Movers
HI!Alliance, the “Carnation City” out on the eastern edge of Stark County, is a longer pull from our Massillon office, but it’s a run our crew makes gladly and plans for properly. Accessible Moving is a licensed, bonded, and insured local moving company, owner-operated by Greg Hartline since 2012. We come out in our own trucks with our own uniformed W-2 crew, and we quote one flat rate in writing rather than the moving-target pricing you get from a broker.
Ready to get rolling? Go with Accessible Moving, covering towns all over Stark County.
Alliance is an older industrial town with a lot of character, and that shows up in the housing stock. Many of the homes near the University of Mount Union and the historic neighborhoods around it were built generations back, with narrow doorways, steep staircases, and the occasional third-floor walk-up rented to students. Our crew measures the tricky pieces against the openings before lifting, so a sleeper sofa or a heavy dresser comes out clean the first time instead of getting wedged. Because the drive is longer, we fold the travel into a flat-rate quote so you see the full number before you commit.
A three-bedroom home around Alliance typically quotes near $799 flat-rate, truck and equipment included; hourly is $119 for two movers, two-hour minimum. An $89 deposit holds your date.
Send us your inventory and we’ll come back with a single written quote that already includes the drive east.

Q: Is Alliance too far from Massillon for a local move?
A: Not at all. Alliance is on the eastern edge of Stark County, a longer drive than a Massillon job, but a route our crew runs regularly. We build the travel into a flat-rate quote so the distance shows up as one clear number instead of a surprise on an hourly bill.
Q: Can you move out of the older homes near Mount Union?
A: Yes. The historic neighborhoods around the University of Mount Union have older homes with narrow doors, steep stairs, and student walk-ups. We measure the big pieces against the openings first and pad the trim, so an armoire or sleeper sofa comes out without scuffing anything.
Q: What does an Alliance move cost given the longer drive?
A: We recommend a flat rate for Alliance since it folds the drive east into one number. A three-bedroom typically lands near $799 with the truck and equipment included. Hourly is also available at $119 for two movers, two-hour minimum, and an $89 deposit holds the date.
